The Woodbury County Landfill Board met on Wednesday, August 8th at 6:30 PM.  The financial statements and disbursements were reviewed, an update from Barker-LeMar was given. Motion by Nathan Heilman, second by DeWitt to approve
Resolution 2018-1 WOODBURY COUNTY SOLID WASTE AGENCY RESTRICTION OF Closure Cost Funds OF THE WOODBURY COUNTY SOLID WASTE AGENCY FUND FOR CLOSURE OF THE WOODBURY COUNTY TRANSFER STATION & RECYCLING CENTER

All voted aye, motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
