PRESENT: Wimmer, Clausen, Mead, Flanigan, and Kennedy
OTHERS:  COU board members Ewoldt, Weed, Schultz, and Magill

AGENDA:
I. Opening of Meeting
A. Call to Order
B. Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum
President Wimmer called the meeting to order and declared a quorum at 6:30 PM

II. Items:
A. General Discussion dealing with Whole Grade Sharing
The joint boards went into exempt session at 6:47 PM to discuss options for hiring new Superintendent.
The joint board came out of exempt session at 7:15 PM.  They will discuss options at the individual meetings in October and then meet jointly again on November 12th in Mapleton at 6:30 PM.

III. Adjourn – President Wimmer adjourned the meeting at 7:32 PM.
