PRESENT:  Wimmer, Clausen, Mead, Kennedy, and Flanigan
ABSENT:  None

AGENDA:
Travel to and from Des Moines and attend Iowa Association of School Boards Annual Convention.
President Wimmer called the meeting to order November 14, 2018 at 6:15 PM.  Wimmer, Clausen and Mead attended the IASB Convention together.  Flanigan and Kennedy arrived November 15, 2018 at 9:00 AM and left around noon.  President Wimmer adjourned the meeting on November 15, 2018 at 5:30 PM.
