You and each of you are hereby notified that at the regular tax sale held on the third Monday of June, 2016, at the Woodbury County Courthouse in the City of Sioux City, Iowa, held for the purpose of selling certain real estate upon which taxes were delinquent, the following real estate, situated in Woodbury County, Iowa, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 4 in Block 7 of Correctionville in the County of Woodbury and State of Iowa.

was sold to Home Investors 20, LC, as provided by the Code of Iowa for delinquent taxes for prior years and that the County Treasurer of Woodbury County, Iowa, did thereupon issue to Home Investors 20, LC, a Certificate of Purchase at Tax Sale No. 16-0161.
You are further notified that unless redemption is made by you within ninety (90) days after completion of service of this Notice that your right of redemption will expire and a Tax Deed will be issued to Home Investors 20, LC, by the Treasurer of Woodbury County, Iowa, thereby relinquishing all your right, title and interest in the above described real estate.
