LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Kingsley shall hold a public hearing concerning the sale of the property described as follows:

The North Twenty Feet (measured at a right angle) of Lot Nine, Block Twenty, Second Addition, Town of Kingsley, Plymouth County, Iowa.  Contains 4,000 Square Feet and is subject to any and all Easements, be they of record or not.

For this survey, the North line of said Lot Nine is assumed to bear S 88°47’49” E.

The Hearing will be held June 3, 2019 at the City Hall, City of Kingsley at 7:15 P.M.

Any citizen may file oral or written comments for or against the sale of said property.
