F. Approval of Agenda – Additions or deletions may be requested by Board members, visitors, or Administrators.  An agenda which has been posted more than twenty-four hours prior to a scheduled meeting may be amended to include additional matters only if good cause exists requiring expeditious discussions or action on such matters.
Woolridge moved to approve the agenda. Amick seconded. All in favor.

G. Insurance Policy Presentation
Pat Rogers presented on rates for insurance premiums for next year.

H. Communications
1. Board Member Update
Scott thanked Randy Collins for serving the district the last 3 years.
Reinke informed the Foundation got together Saturday for road side cleanup.

Reinke moved to approve consent agenda. Woolridge seconded. All in favor.

K. New Business
1. Approve meal prices
Amick moved to approve the meal prices. Woolridge seconded. All in favor.

2. Approve sharing of Operations Director
Reinke moved to approve the Operations Director. Woolridge seconded. All in favor.

3. Approve sharing of Curriculum Director
Woolridge moved to approve sharing Curriculum Director with Whiting. Amick seconded. All in favor.

4. Approve sharing of Guidance Counselor
Reinke moved to share Jill Myers as Guidance Counselor with Westwood. Woolridge seconded. All in favor.

L. Personnel
1. Approve head junior high football coach
Woolridge moved to approve Jesse Pederson as head junior high football coach. Amick seconded. All in favor.

2. Approve assistant junior high football coach
Amick moved to approve Jason Garnand. Woolridge seconded. All in favor.

Reinke moved to enter closed session. Woolridge seconded. All in favor.
M. Closed session pursuant to Section 21.5(1)(a) of Iowa open law to review or discuss records which are required or authorized by state or federal law to be kept confidential.
Woolridge moved to exit closed session. Amick seconded. All in favor.

N. Adjourn
