LEGAL NOTICE
Public Hearing for granting an easement
across county property for farm access
The Woodbury County Board of Supervisors has set a date for public hearing to consider a petition to grant an easement across county property for farm access. The easement is described as follows:
The West 103.00 Feet of a 2.00-acre parcel described on a plat of survey recorded on Roll 461, Image 663 in the Woodbury County Recorder’s Office, subject to and together with any and all easements, restrictions, and covenants.
This Easement shall be for the purposes of ingress to and egress from property owned by Haddock family farm. The Haddocks shall use this Easement for access to: The West half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2 NW1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Eighty-six (86) North, Range Forty-five (45) West of the 5th P.M., in Woodbury County, Iowa.
The hearing is set for Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at 4:45 P.M CDT, at the Woodbury County Courthouse, 620 Douglas Street, Sioux City, Iowa. The County Board will hear comments in regard to granting said easement.

At said Public Hearing, any person present, and so wishing will be given the opportunity to be heard, for or against, the proposed easement. Any person so wishing may file a document with the Woodbury County Auditor’s Office prior to the time of the hearing, should the person wish the document to be read for them at the time of the hearing.
