Ordinance  Amending Chapter 155

ORDINANCE 2019 – 07

ADDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 155, Section 155.12(4):  Minimum Residential Housing Standard.

Be it Ordained the City hereby adopts City Code 155.12 (4).

4.  Each single-story dwelling shall contain a minimum of 1,200 square feet of living space about ground, excluding porches. Each multi-story dwelling shall contain a minimum of 900 square feet of living space above grade on the main floor, excluding porches.

This Ordinance shall be effective after publication or March 1, 2020, whichever is later.
