1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

4. Open Forum (Visitors) / Hearings
An open forum with visitors was held. Representatives from the City of Correctionville presented plans to build a shelter house. They would like to build on land which is currently being leased from the school and are requesting the lease to be renewed.
A. Nolan Shanks – Social Studies Teacher
Nolan Shanks also attended and he discussed the recent Washington D.C. trip students participated in. He shared some highlights of the trip and emphasized student/parent fundraising participation is critical to make the trip a success.

Approve Carrisa Rarrat as an elementary teacher aid at a rate of $8.75 an hour

2. Food Service Worker
Approve hiring Wren Smith for five days a week at a rate of $8.50 an hour

C. At-Risk/Drop-Out Prevention Plan
Approve $70,165.00 for the modified supplemental amount.

D. Support for STEM Best Grant
Resolution of support and commitment to provide matching funds or in-kind of up to $25,000 to the work-based learning for the STEM Best grant.
