ORDINANCE NO. 250
An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 207, Section 3

Be it ordained and enacted by the City Council of the City of Kingsley, Plymouth County, Iowa, as follows:

Section 1. Amending Section.  Section 3 shall read as follows:
The Board of Directors of the Kingsley Volunteer Fire Department shall consist of the Fire Chief, Assistant Chief, Secretary and Treasurer and shall be elected and serve their term of office as set forth in the fire department’s bylaws.
The Fire Chief shall receive $500.00 annually and the Assistant Chief $300.00 annually as compensation for their services.

Section 2.  Repealer.   All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinancåe are hereby repealed.

Section 3.  Effective Date.   This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.

First Reading:  February 3, 2020
Second Reading: March 2, 2020
Third Reading:  April 6, 2020

Passed by the Council on the 6th day of April, 2020 and approved this 6th day of April, 2020.
