Notice: Attendance to the meeting will be limited to 10 people and we will practice social distancing. Any overflow will be able to watch the meeting from the commons in the Elementary School

A. Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 5:00
B. Pledge of Allegiance
C. Roll Call
Sappingfield, Scott, Reinke, Woolridge and Amick present.
D. Approval of Agenda – Additions or deletions may be requested by Board members, visitors, or Administrators. An agenda which has been posted more than twenty-four hours prior to a scheduled meeting may be amended to include additional matters only if good cause exists requiring expeditious discussions or action on such matters.
Reinke moved to approve the agenda. Sappingfield seconded.

E. New Business
1. Approve bid on elementary expansion
Sappingfield moved to approve the bid on the elementary expansion bit from Klinger Construction for $548,100. Amick seconded. All in favor.
2. Approve tentative bargaining agreement
Reinke moved to approve the tentative bargaining agreement with the LBEA for the 2020-21 school year. Amick seconded. All in favor.
3. Approve plans for future board meetings
Reinke moved to follow social distancing recommendations by allowing up to 9 people in the room at a time with overflow being able to listen in the commons. Sappingfield seconded. All in favor
Reinke moved to adjourn. Sappingfield seconded. All in favor.
