Meeting called to order at 5:15

Scott, Amick, Woolridge and Sappingfield present. Reinke absent

E. Public Forum

F. Approval of Agenda – Additions or deletions may be requested by Board members, visitors, or Administrators. An agenda which has been posted more than twenty-four hours prior to a scheduled meeting may be amended to include additional matters only if good cause exists for requiring expeditious discussions or action on such matters.
Sappingfield moved to approve agenda. Woolridge seconded. All in favor.

G. New Business
1. Approve superintendent authority to approve discretionary leave
Sappingfield moved to approve giving superintendent authority to approve discretionary leave until the school reopens or the end of the school year. Woolridge seconded. All in favor.
Woolridge moved to adjourn. Amick seconded. All in favor.
