The Plymouth County Board of Supervisors met in the Boardroom on March 31, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.  All members were present.  All votes following are aye unless otherwise indicated.  Board Chairman Don Kass called the meeting to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Meis, to approve the March 31, 2020 agenda.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Horton, seconded by Meis, to approve the minutes of the March 24, 2020 meeting.  Kass abstained.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Loutsch, to approve payroll for March 31, 2020.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Loutsch, seconded by Horton, to approve the cost allocation report for FY 2020-21 funding from DHS.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Meis, to approve the bid letting to award the bid to Christensen Bros, Inc. for $395,808.05 for LB-053506; to Richards Construction Co. for $138,079 for LC-132406, $120,664.50 for LC-150150 and $139,444 for LC-372504.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Loutsch, seconded by Horton, to approve the FY 2020-21 budget and construction program and the 5-year construction program for the DOT.  Motion Carried.

The board discussed moving forward with the road vacation on 180th St. in Section 9/16 of Johnson Township.

The Board of Supervisors adjourned the meeting at 10:30 am.
