The Plymouth County Board of Supervisors met in Courthouse Boardroom on August 11, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.  All members were present.  All votes following are aye unless otherwise indicated.  Board Chairman Don Kass called the meeting to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Meis, to approve the August 11, 2020 agenda.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Horton, seconded by Meis, to approve the minutes of the August 4, 2020 meeting.  Loutsch abstained.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Horton, to approve the August 7, 2020 payroll.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Meis, to approve the Nohava Roofing Repair proposal for the Plymouth County Courthouse for the work to be done by December 31, 2020 and to include the 20-year warranty for a total of $44,325 to be paid out of the Local Option Sales Tax Fund.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Horton, to table the permit for access to a substation and operations facility for Section 21 of Remsen Township on Roosevelt Ave. to Invenergy. Motion Carried.

Motion by Meis, seconded by Horton, to approve a seal coat proposal awarded to The Road Guy Construction for $210,568.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Meis, seconded by Horton, to approve the Plywood Trail REAP grant application for 2020 as presented by Brett Langley of McClure Engineering.  Meis-aye; Horton-aye; Anderson-nay; Kass-nay; Loutsch-nay.  Motion Failed.

Dakin Schultz and Shane Tymkowicz from the DOT provided a Hwy. 75 update for work to be done between 2020 and 2023.

The Board of Supervisors adjourned the meeting at 11:12 a.m.
