Agenda motion to approve Roling/second Jasperson. Vote all yes.

Motion to approve 2nd reading of 273 Beelner/second Jasperson. Roll call vote, all yes.

Motion to waive 3rd reading of 273 Roling/second Beelner. Roll call vote, all yes.

Motion to adopt 273 Beelner/second Roling. Rollcall vote, all yes.

New Business
Budget amendment Hearing motion to open Roling/second Jasperson, vote all yes.

Motion to approve budget amendment Roling/second Jasperson, vote all yes

Motion to close hearing Roling/second Jasperson, vote all yes

Fire Department report: Brandon Sitzmann recommends that bidders for the new fire/ambulance building would need to include engineering and stamp of approval in bid. Thompson recommended to have hearing to approve Plans and Specs. At June meeting.

Emerald Ash Borer: Motion to purchase up to $4000 of chemicals by Bohle/second Baker, vote all yes. Cost is 167.50 a gallon, approximately $10 per tree annually.

Wage review pool employees motion to approve pool managers’ recommendation for salary Roling/second Bohle. Vote all yes.

Police report Hannan working on second full-time officer.

Motion to Adjourn Beelner/second Jasperson.
